Podcast #41 – The Situational Analysis

Hi gang

Welcome to 2021! Can you believe that we got through 2020. What an extraordinary year that had us chasing our tail for most of it. No doubt, you are like me and hoping that we never see another year like it. Well, I am sure you had to try all sorts of new things in 2020 and now you are not sure whether you are coming or going. I know that for me, the year was not a total write off, but it was certainly a year where I thought to myself – let’s start 2021 with a brand new slate.

So what better way to start off the year than with some planning. I know those of us in Australia are on holidays, but I also know that it is usually the time where we take the opportunity to reflect and gather our thoughts on the past. It is also a time where we tend to plan. So why not start 2021 off with a bang by starting your very first “5 year plan toward epic change”!

The first four episodes of 2021 are going to be about how to develop your “5 year plan toward epic change”!  It all starts with the “Situational Analysis”.  So in this episode, I explain what a situational analysis is and how it can help you to get perspective. I also talk through the different sections or stages in the Situational Analysis  and how that can be useful for your future goals.

As part of this plan, I am providing you with a copy of a “Situational Analysis – Template”.  So to grab your copy, simply click here!

I do hope this helps in 2020 and I look forward to hearing about your plans on the KCMTV Facebook group. It’s where we care and share.

Cheers Kerri

I have used Klerrisa’s resources for many years and have always found them to be highly beneficial as they work! You can open them up and start teaching knowing that they have been thoroughly prepared and tested in the classroom. Students respond well to them as they experience success and fun whilst learning. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I highly recommend the resource material on the Klerrisa Custom Music website. Both Kerri and Lisa are excellent educationalists, presenters and musically talented professionals.
